The Support Register ("we") provides compliance software for Australian NDIS providers. We collect the information you give us — your business details, documents, evidence records and team member emails — solely to operate the service for you.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, business information you enter.
• Content you create: documents, evidence items, registers, attestations.
• Technical basics: authentication and security logs.

How it's stored

Your register lives in a dedicated database with row-level security: each provider's data is isolated and only accessible to your invited team. Backups are encrypted. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing hq@ndiscompliant.com.au. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
