The service
We provide software that helps you organise compliance documents and evidence and track readiness against the NDIS Practice Standards. The Support Register is a readiness tool — the NDIS Commission and approved quality auditors make all registration decisions. Green indicators reflect our checks of your records, not a guarantee of audit outcome.
Your content
Your documents and records remain yours. You are responsible for their accuracy. Purchased document kits are licensed for use within your business and may not be resold.
Payments and refunds
One-off kit purchases are delivered instantly to your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active to the end of the billing period. If something isn't right, email us — we'd rather fix it than argue.
Fair use
Don't abuse the platform, attempt to access other providers' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
